1. Terms

By accessing WildX, you agree to be bound by these terms of service, all applicable laws, and regulations. You also accept responsibility for compliance with any applicable local laws. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing WildX. The materials in WildX are protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws.

2. Use License

a. Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the app per device for personal, non-commercial, and transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title. Under this license, you may not:

• Modify or copy the materials.
• Use the materials for any commercial purpose or public display (commercial or non-commercial).
• Attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software in the app.
• Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations.
• Transfer the materials to another person or “mirror” them on any other server.

b. This license shall automatically terminate if you violate any of these restrictions. The developer may also terminate it at any time. Upon termination, you must destroy any downloaded materials in your possession, whether in electronic or printed format.

3. Disclaimer

a. The materials in the app are provided on an 'as is' basis. The developer makes no warranties, expressed or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

b. The developer does not warrant the accuracy, likely results, or reliability of the materials in the app or linked services.

4. Limitations

The developer and its suppliers shall not be held liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the app, even if notified of the possibility of such damages. These limitations may not apply in jurisdictions that do not allow implied warranties or liability limitations.

5. Accuracy of Materials

The materials appearing in the app may include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. The developer does not warrant the accuracy or completeness of the materials and may change them at any time without notice. However, the developer does not commit to updating them.

6. Links

The developer has not reviewed all linked sites and is not responsible for their contents. The inclusion of any link does not imply endorsement by the developer. Use of any linked website is at the user’s own risk.

7. In-App Purchases

• If a trial period is available, it starts after payment confirmation. The trial period may last 0, 3, or 7 days.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the trial or subscription period.
• Canceling a subscription does not refund any fees, and unused portions of the trial are forfeited upon purchase of a full subscription.
• Virtual item purchases are final and non-refundable. If your account violates the terms of service, access may be terminated without a refund.

8. Modifications

The developer may revise these terms of service at any time without notice. By using the app, you agree to the current version of these terms.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ukraine. You submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in that state or location.

10. Age Restrictions

By using the app, you confirm that:

(a) You are at least 18 years old.

(b) If under 18, you have obtained verifiable consent from a parent or guardian.

(c) Your use of the app complies with applicable laws.

Failure to meet these conditions may result in the termination of your account without notice.
